Yorkshire Society will be celebrating 30 years of representing the very best Yorkshire has to offer.
A Gala dinner and evening of entertainment will be held to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Society at the National Railway Museum in York.
The Yorkshire Society will host the event, open to all members and non members on Friday 14th January 2011. The event will take place from 7pm starting with a canapé drinks reception in the main hall of the railway museum followed by a winter menu Gala dinner on the train platforms.
The evening will showcase several Yorkshire based talents. The Northern Ballet will be performing a snapshot piece from their forthcoming February production, “Cleopatra”. Rob Reynolds; An award winning singer/songwriter. Friesen will perform a selection of his music from “Coming Home” the acclaimed newly released album and the Author Steve Smith will be speaking on the evening.
